Client: Foresters

Challenge: Foresters financial service representatives are always talking to customers. Their objectives are to increase sales through various marketing initiatives. One of those initiatives is through the use of promotional marketing products. However, the challenge was how a company with branch offices across the US and Canada distributes this promotional material when it's stored in a central warehouse.

Solution: With the use of our web application development services, we were able to create a unique solution for such a challenge. Our solution included the creation of an internal web application that communicated with Foresters representatives, the storage facility and administrative staff which handled billing.

Results: The web application developed allows for branch representatives across the US and Canada to easily order promotional products from their storage facility by use of either an internal budget account number or a secure credit card payment. These orders are in turn processed by administrative staff and then fulfilled by the warehouse and shipped to the service representative.

Similar solutions were created and deployed for the electrical components manufacturer Hubbell Canada and also for Holstein Canada and Alta Genetics.
